It’s not an easy process because it requires questioning things you’ve been told for your entire life. In tandem, it is a practice that you can choose to continue for the rest of your life. We’re all at different pit stops on this journey. Our guess is that you’ve actually probably already started. Maybe you just didn’t have a word to explain those pings you felt during your last work meeting when your boss said something that sent you. No matter where you are on your journey, we know about some tools to help you keep going: 1. Look at your Human Design Not-Self. It’s a one-word theme that can help you identify those pings aka the feeling you get when you’re living for the expectations of others instead of in alignment with your truth.
